We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but please read our return & exchange policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact annette@bucketlistjourney.net for return instructions, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately there are NO REFUNDS on sale items.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund or exchange. Refunds will only be applied to original method of payment.

Cancellations

Any cancellation must be made within 24-hours from time of purchase.
